Yayy it's finally done! 
I'm sorry this took so long D: Normally chibis don't take long at all, but I had a really weird art block (I couldn't shade at all for some reason =3= it was like I suddenly just forgot how to do it. It was so weird.) but it's gone now so yay! Moar art!
But anyway this lovely fellow was a request from
